I didn't have much time to post lately, but here I am. Let's start easily (maybe way too easily) with galette.
Paradajková galetka / Tomato Galette
Potrebujeme:
lístkové cesto
cherry paradajky
mozzarella (feta, kozí syr..)
čierne mleté korenie
rozmarín (ideálne čerstvý)
bazalka (ideálne čerstvá)
olive oil
vajce na potretie
Ingredients:
puff pastry
cherry tomatoes
mozzarella (feta, goat cheese..)
black ground pepper
rosemary (ideally fresh)
basil (ideal fresh)
olive oil
egg
Postup:
Lístkové cesto som rozložila na pripravený plech s papierom na pečenie.
Do stredu som uložila natrhanú mozzarellu a cherry paradajky prekrojené na polovicu.
Zmiešala som bylinky a korenie a touto zmesou som posypala paradajky.
Okraje cesta som preložila, aby som zakryla kraj paradajok dookola.
Preložené kraje cesta som potrela rozšľahaným vajcom s troškou olivového oleja.
Piekla som vo vopred vyhriatej rúre (180°C) cca 25-30 minút.
Instructions:
I unfolded the puff pastry evenly in the baking pan padded with baking paper.
I put mozzarella pieces into the center of the pastry and topped it with cherry tomatoes cut in halves.
I combined the herbs and spices and sprinkled the mixture over tomatoes.
I folded the borders in to cover the edges of the tomatoes all around.
Then I brushed the pastry edges with egg wash.
I baked it for about 25-30 minutes in preheated oven (180°C).
